Today for the first time an IQCC-related paper appeared in Science, with the publication of “Angular momentum–induced delays in solid-state photoemission enhanced by intra-atomic interactions”, with Miquel Torrent-Sucarrat as one of the authors. Miquel defended his PhD thesis “Desenvolupament, implementació i aplicació de noves metodologies per a l’estudi de la reactivitat química i de les propietats òptiques no lineals” in 2004, then moved to (among others) Brussels and Donostia, where he is currently based as Ikerbasque Research Fellow. Congratulations Miquel!
