GIOXCAT

GIOXCAT SL was a spin-off company derived from the know-how of the QBIS-CAT research group of the IQCC Institute (University of Girona). Its chemical expertise focused on iron and manganese oxidation reactions, and copper-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. This business initiative was promoted by the researchers of the University of Girona Miquel Costas, Xavi Ribas and Cristina García, by Julio Lloret of the ICIQ and Juan José Pla.

GIOXCAT was a specialized consulting company that offered innovative solutions to chemical and pharmaceutical companies in order to establish more sustainable, efficient and environmentally friendly chemical protocols. On the other hand, GIOXCAT also worked on the preparation of isotopically labeled reagents and offers customized products on demand to research groups in both the academic and industrial fields.
