Supramolecular purification of mono-adamantane mixtures via stabilized three-shell Matryoshka assemblies

Diamondoid mixtures are purified using a three-shell Matryoshka complex formed by an adamantane–cycloparaphenylene (CPP) adduct encapsulated into a supramolecular cage, which preferentially captures amine-monosubstituted adamantanes.
