Abstracts

Abstracts for inclusion as Plenary Lecture, Keynote Lecture, Contributed Talk or Poster within the program should be based on the following template and sent to gironaseminar (at) gmail.com
Early-Stage or Early-Career Researchers that wish to be considered for the Poster Prize or Contributed Talk Award should send an accompanying letter (PhD-students) or copy of PhD certificate (postdocs, junior staff) to gironaseminar (at) gmail.com
The size of a poster should be A0-format (90 cm wide, 120 cm high)

Registration fees

Registration is opened from July 1, 2015 until February 1, 2016, or until the maximum number of participants has been reached.

Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, coffee-breaks, lunches, social events and the conference dinner. It does not include accomodation
PhD-students: 350 € (see also Scholarships)
accompanying letter PhD supervisor should be sent to gironaseminar (at) gmail.com
Regular participant: 450 € (see also Scholarships)
Accompanying person: 200 €
Cancellation policy: Reimbursement can be made, with the application of 50 € deduction (administration fee)

Scholarships

Depending on funding from research agencies and companies, we will have a number of scholarships available:

PhD-students: 250 €

Early-Career Researcher: 200 €
up to 8 years after PhD;
copy/scan of PhD certificate should be sent to gironaseminar (at) gmail.com
"Inclusiveness Target" Researcher: 200 €
Inclusiveness Target Countries include: Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey (see COST website)
